Welcome to Heenok. By creating an account or using heenok.com (the “Service”), operated by Heenok Labs (“we”, “us”), you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully.
1. The Service
Heenok provides tools for creators to monetize their audience through memberships, digital products, pay-per-view content and community features, supported by AI-assisted tooling. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
2. Your account
You are responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep it up to date.
3. Creator content and payouts
You retain ownership of the content you publish. You grant us a limited licence to host and display it solely to operate the Service. Heenok charges a flat 5% platform fee on creator earnings, in addition to standard third-party payment-processing fees. Payouts are subject to the payout schedule and verification described in your dashboard.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use Heenok to publish unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, harass, distribute malware, or circumvent the Service’s fees or security. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
5. AI features
AI-assisted suggestions (pricing, drafts, summaries, insights) are provided as aids. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated output before it is published or applied.
6. Disclaimers and liability
The Service is provided “as is”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties and are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
